All orders will be shipped once the payment is received (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays),

✦Estimated time for delivery:
•Portugal 1-3 Business days
•Europe: 3-5 Business days
•International orders: 7-14 Business days

•We are not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather conditions, your country’s customs procedures, incorrect delivery address, strikes, shipping company’s handling, or forces beyond our control.
The delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediment to delivery, such as the ones stated above.

•Holiday shipping may take a couple more days than stated above because of the holiday shipping back up. Please wait a few more days than expected and your items should arrive very quickly.

✦Buyers are responsible for supplying the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
•We ship to the address provided in the order details and if the address has been changed or was not correct and we find out after we have shipped the package already, we cannot redirect it to a different address. In this case we wait until it returns back to us and can ship it again at additional shipping cost. We do not refund the shipping cost in case the client requests a refund of the item not received for this reason.

✦UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
If the item has been shipped but not picked up by the buyer, the package normally is being sent back to us. In case we receive it back, we can ship it again at an additional shipping cost. We can also refund the cost of the item but not the shipping expenses.

♦IMPORT DUTY:
We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

♦ LOST/UNDELIVERED ITEMS:
Please send us a message if your item has not arrived within 4 weeks.
While we cannot claim responsibility over the actions of the postal services, we will process a lost claim with CTT – Correios de Portugal and this process takes 30-45 days minimum. Once processed and approved, CTT – Correios de Portugal send a refund for the value of lost items (ONLY) which we will forward to you.
Within the investigation period, no refunds can be made, because the loss of the order will have to be confirmed and verified.
